I find this com's idea really interesting but it seems it's gone inactive. So I'm posting now, hoping some of you who have pagepassage  on your watch list will be inspired to do the same. *hint, hint*

Book: Horizon, 4th novel in The Sharing Knife series
Author: Lois McMaster Bujold

Quote: "Lovely Tavia," Barr went on --bemoaned, actually-- "lovely, soft Tavia. Tavia, the fool girl, has sheep's eyes only for Remo. Remo lusts after Neeta. Neeta's besotted with Captain Dag Wolverine, who I'm not sure even still exists. Now, if only Fawn would yearn after me, the circle would be complete, but that's not going to happen, we established that." He vented a huge sigh. "So here I ride all alone at the tail of the pack train of love, eating dust."

I had all together forgotten about this community until this post. I have recently picked up some really interesting reads, so I think I will take your hint and post some quotes myself.

Sometimes, a good quote does more for a book than a summary. And I love reading the quotes people found interesting or amusing.

You're welcome! The idea behind this com is really great, I love reading quotes people found interesting, amusing, moving, ... And I've found selecting a short quote can be quite difficult.
